HEALTHY BREAKFAST

OMELETTE WITH MUSHROOM, CAPSICUM AND SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 eggs
  • 10-12 mushrooms chopped
  • 1 medium red capsicum chopped
  • i cup mixed sprouts blanched
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 4 green chilies chopped
METHOD:
  1. Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan, add 1/4th portion of onions and green chilies and saute for one minute.
  2. Add beaten eggs and mix. Sprinkle 1/4th portion each of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts. Cook till the egg sets and flip it. Cook on the other side for a minute.
  3. Serve immediately. Similarly prepare the other omelettes.
